The teacher you already have can teach it.

You do not need a machine-learning engineer on staff. Mentor guides, certified training and a named support team turn any subject teacher into an AI Ninjas instructor.

Why this works

The subject knowledge is in the program, not the teacher.

Every concept is explained inside the lessons themselves, and every mentor guide is written for a teacher of any subject background. Your staff do not need to become AI experts. They need to be good teachers, and the materials do the rest.

Mentor guides do the heavy lifting

Session by session, with the answers, common misconceptions and sticking points marked. Planning is done before term starts.

Lessons explain themselves

Every concept is taught in the learner-facing material, so a teacher leads the room rather than lecturing from scratch.

Support is one name away

A named support team, not a ticket queue, with a one-day response on student coding issues.

The training path

Three steps, and the first takes 45 minutes.

Training is certified and included with the program, not an add-on.

  1. 01
Before lesson one · 45 min

    Get-started session

A live, certified run-through of Level 1 with the teacher who will lead the class. Enough to run Level 1 confidently, scheduled around their timetable.

  2. 02
    Before full delivery

    Certified onboarding

A deeper walkthrough of the whole year ahead: the sequence, the assessment points, the rubrics and how to read the dashboards. Certified before the first full cohort.

  3. 03
    Ongoing, as needed

    Co-teaching and PD

Optional co-teaching sessions and professional development, plus the mentor guides and a growing FAQ library for the questions students actually ask.

What a teacher learns

Enough to answer “why”, not just “how”.

A teacher who can answer the question behind the question is the difference between a lesson that lands and one that is skipped through.

Run each lesson with confidence

The four-step loop of theory, quiz, guided lab and lab quiz, and how to pace it for a mixed-ability room.

Unblock without giving it away

How to help a student who is stuck by asking the right question, so the learning sticks rather than the answer being handed over.

Read the evidence

The mastery checks, the rubrics and the dashboards, and what to say about them at a parents’ evening or a department review.

Grade the artifacts fairly

How the published rubrics work, with exemplar student work, so grading is consistent across teachers and terms.

Questions

What schools ask about training.

Do our teachers need a computing background?

No. The mentor guides and the lessons themselves carry the subject knowledge. We train for delivery, not for the underlying research.

How much teacher time does training take?

A 45-minute get-started session before the first lesson, then a certified onboarding before full delivery. After that, support is on demand rather than scheduled.

Is the training really certified?

Yes. A teacher completes the certified onboarding before their first full delivery, and the certification is tied to the school’s agreement.

What if a teacher leaves mid-year?

The mentor guides are the continuity. A new teacher can pick up the same guide and the same sequence, and a get-started session brings them current.

Does the school need to buy extra PD?

The get-started session and certified onboarding are included. Optional co-teaching and further PD sessions can be arranged as part of the agreement.

How do we see it before committing?

Book a 30-minute demo first, then start with one class. The 45-minute get-started session comes before the first lesson, so you see the training before you commit to a cohort.
