The programme runs for five consecutive academic years; which school year it starts in is yours to decide. Schools in the US commonly begin around Grade 8, while schools in India and China often start as early as Grade 6, where students meet the underlying mathematics sooner. Year 5 is deliberately lighter — one module given a full year, because a capstone benefits from time rather than pace.

Assessment & reporting
Evidence, not assertion.
Every student record starts with a diagnostic, is checked at the end of every module and is marked against a published rubric at every level. The same record is what you see — at school, class or student level — and what a student sees about themselves.
Four points where a student is assessed
The Foundations Challenge
A diagnostic quiz every student takes before Module 1: AI fundamentals, how software works, and where the two differ. It produces a baseline per student and per cohort — so the growth you report later is measured against a real starting point, not a guess.
Mastery checks
A short, marked check at the close of each of the eight modules: a mix of concept questions and a small piece of working code. Scores land in Google Classroom automatically.
Rubric-marked artefact
Each level ends in something built — a first program, a predictive model, a network. It is marked by your teacher against our per-level rubric, with exemplar student work at each grade so marking is consistent between staff.
The capstone
A production model in Keras / TensorFlow with a written explanation of how it works and where it fails. Moderated by our team on request, and the basis of the final credential.
Good free curriculum exists. What it does not give you is a five-year sequence with assessment built in, verifiable student credentials, and a report you can hand to a governor without assembling it by hand.

Nobody in a school has time to assemble evidence by hand. These are the reports the dashboard produces, named for the occasion they are for.
Department review
Class-by-class progress against the scope and sequence, mastery-check distributions, and the students flagged for support — with what was done about it.
Parents' evening
One sheet per student: where they started, where they are, their last three checks and the artefact they built. Written so a parent with no AI background can read it in two minutes.
Inspection & accreditation
Curriculum intent, implementation and impact in one pack: the sequence, the assessment points, the rubrics, cohort baselines and outcomes over time, and how student data is handled.
Pilot summary

Class leaderboard
A live board showing how the class is moving through the levels. It runs on progress made rather than raw ability, so a student who started behind can still lead it.
Assessment in Google Classroom
Assessments integrate with Google Classroom, so work set and completed in the programme lands in the classroom your teachers already run. No second system for staff to keep up with.
Ranking named students in public is not right for every school, so the board is yours to control: run it across a class or the whole school, show first names or anonymous handles, or switch it off entirely. It is on by default at class level, because that is where it motivates rather than discourages.
Curriculum documentation
Every country plans its curriculum differently, so rather than claiming alignment to one national framework we publish the underlying detail and let you map it to yours. The scope and sequence sets out learning objectives, prerequisites, assessment points and produced artefacts for all eight modules.
It is a single PDF and it is not behind a form — the person who needs it is usually forwarding it to a colleague. Where you need help aligning it to a specific national or state framework, our team will do that mapping with you.

Student data
Children's data, handled the way a school would.
Every report on this page is built from student data, so the terms on which we hold it matter as much as the reports themselves. Under the school agreement the school stays the controller of its students' data and we act only on its instructions — the same footing as any other system in your building.
We designed the platform against the IEEE age-appropriate design standards for children's digital services, and we map our controls to the school-data rules of the countries we operate in. Questions departments ask
Do we need specialist staff?
No. The mentor guides are written so a teacher with no AI background can deliver a session, and training is included.
What if it doesn't suit our timetable?
Run the free pilot with one class for one semester. You will know by half term, and it will have cost nothing.
Isn't AI curriculum available free?
Good free curriculum exists. What it does not include is teacher training, a five-year sequence with assessment, verifiable student credentials, or someone to call in November.
Which year should we start in?
Anywhere from roughly age 11. Schools in the US typically begin in Grade 8; schools in India, China and elsewhere often start in Grade 6. The five programme years then run consecutively to graduation.
Is it the same course you sell to individuals?
The curriculum is identical — deliberately. What a school buys on top is everything around it: your branding on the platform, an admin dashboard and reports, a class leaderboard, Google Classroom integration, teacher training, mentor guides, assessment rubrics and an assigned support team.
How do we get started?
With one class, for one semester, at no cost and with no purchase order.
What happens to our students' data?
The school stays the controller; we process on its instructions under a signed agreement, collect the minimum, never advertise, and erase within 90 days of leaving. The platform is designed against IEEE 2089 for children's services. The full policy is one page.
How is progress measured?
A 30-minute Foundations Challenge sets each student's baseline; a marked mastery check ends every module; a rubric-graded artefact ends every level. All of it syncs to Google Classroom and rolls up into the school dashboard.
