Home / The program
One program. Everything it contains.
This is the single description of what AI Ninjas teaches. A school running it across five years and an adult working through it on evenings are learning the same eight modules, in the same order, to the same standard.
The method
Theory, quiz, lab, lab quiz.
Every one of the eight modules runs this same loop. Theory explains it, the quiz checks you followed, the lab makes you build it, and the lab quiz proves it stuck.
Core subject tracks
Three threads, woven through every module.
Coding & Python
Machine learning concepts programmed in Python, the language the field actually runs on.
Math for AI
Algebra, linear algebra, statistics and calculus, taught where they earn their place rather than skipped.
Computer Vision
Image processing and computer vision models, so the abstract becomes something you can see working.
Earn as you climb
A digitally verifiable certificate at every level and a badge for every module. Stackable, shareable, and yours to keep.
Two to seven minutes
That is the length of one lesson. Short enough for a commute, a lunch break, or the gap before practice.
Real math, made clear
Vectors, matrices, graph theory and propagation, explained until they click rather than skipped.
The learning path
Five levels. Eight modules. One clear path.
Every learner walks the same path, in the same order, whether that is across five school years or a few evenings a week. The path draws as you scroll; open a module to walk through it.
The eight modules
Module by module
Eight modules, each with its own sub-modules, slide list and a Theory → Quiz → Lab → Lab Quiz loop. Open one to walk through it.
- 01Level 1 · Foundation The Disciple pixels → numbers → a first prediction
- 02Level 1 · Foundation The Predictor data in, a working model out
- 03Level 2 · First models The Pattern Apprentice regularities and trends, found automatically
- 04Level 3 · Neural networks The Controller which inputs actually matter
- 05Level 3 · Neural networks The Architect layers, weights and signal flow
- 06Level 4 · Optimization The Explorer the geometry inside a model
- 07Level 4 · Optimization The Optimizer error down, accuracy up
- 08Level 5 · Production The AI Ninja a production network you can ship
A few short lessons pulled straight out of the program: one to five minutes each, no sign-up and no card.
Your model gets better. Measurably.
Reference dataset · defined taskMost courses give you hours. This one gives you a number that moves.
The accuracy figures shown are results on our own reference dataset, on a defined task. They are here to show the shape of the progression, not to promise a number on your data. Every level teaches you to interrogate the metric as well as improve it.
What's included
Everything, from level one to the capstone.
- All eight modules across the five levels
- A digitally verifiable certificate at every level, plus a badge for every module
- Hands-on projects: you build from the very first module
- Learn at your own pace, with the schedule entirely yours
- The capstone: a production model in Keras and TensorFlow
- Access to the AI Ninjas community, for when you get stuck
How it is delivered
Online and self-paced. You set the schedule entirely, begin whenever you like, and move at whatever speed your life allows.
Prefer a classroom, with a teacher or a local mentor in the room? That is what the institutions route and our delivery partners exist for. Same eight modules, different room.
The community
Self-paced, and part of a community.
You learn on your own schedule, entirely at your own pace. The community supplies what self-paced study often lacks: someone to ask the moment the code needs a second look.
So every learner joins the AI Ninjas community: post the error you are stuck on, compare your approach with people working through the same module, and see what others built from the same brief.
Ask when you are stuck
Post the problem and get answers from people who hit it last week.
Show what you built
Same brief, different solutions. Seeing both is where the learning compounds.
Search before you ask
The archive grows with every learner. Most questions already have an answer.
Find people at your level
Others are on the exact module you are on, right now.
Before you start
What you need to begin.
Deliberately minimal, and built around tools you very likely already have.
Hardware
- A laptop, and a standard one is fine
- No high-end specification required
- No graphics card needed
- An internet connection
Software: no licensing cost
- Python, free to download
- Jupyter Notebook, free via Anaconda
- Setup guide and installer walkthrough provided
- Silent-install packages available for IT teams
You
- Comfortable navigating folders and files
- Basic typing and copy/paste
- No prior coding or AI knowledge needed
- Curiosity is the only real prerequisite
About the program
Do I need to know Python?
No. Module 1 starts at your first line of code, and the mathematics is taught alongside it rather than assumed.
Is this just videos?
No. Every level ends in something you built, and the credential is issued for the build rather than for watching.
How long does it take?
A school spreads it over five academic years. An individual sets their own pace. Faster is entirely allowed, and nothing expires.
Are there live classes?
Not online. The program is self-paced, and questions go to the community rather than a timetabled session. In a school, a teacher delivers it in the room.
What if I get stuck?
Post it in the community. Other learners are working through the same modules, and most problems have already been solved by someone.
Is this designed for children?
The levelled structure came from teaching younger learners and stayed because it works on everyone. The content is real machine learning: vectors, matrices, propagation, TensorFlow.
What does it cost?
For one learner it is a single payment of $395, which covers all five levels and 180 days of access. Schools and colleges are priced separately.
Start where you are.
Or watch a lesson first: a few minutes, no sign-up.
