After you send it
Where your message actually goes.
What you pick at the top of the form decides who reads it. Nobody is routed to a sales sequence.
Before you write
Questions people ask first.
If the answer you need is not here, the form above reaches a person who has it.
Can I get a quote or a purchase order?
Yes. Tell us your grade levels and class sizes and a tailored proposal comes back, covering a first class, a department or a whole-school license. We can work to a purchase order and supply the documents procurement usually asks for.
Do you work with schools outside the United States?
Yes. We are US-based and set up for US procurement and student-data rules first, and we support schools and partners in Canada, the UK, Australia and further afield.
I am learning on my own. Is this for me?
Yes. Choose “For myself” in the form and your message goes to whoever can answer it, whether that is about levels, pace, the credential or the price.
Will I get a sales call?
Only if you ask for one. Schools are offered a 30-minute discovery call because it is usually the fastest way through procurement questions, but it is an offer, not a step.
How quickly does someone reply?
Within two business days, and usually sooner. A named person replies, and there is no chatbot, no ticket number and no automated sequence.
